In this documentary film about the first Gulf War and post-war experiences of Iraqi children and their families, viewers are taken on a journey through the diverse and broken city of Baghdad. Three families from varying religious and economic backgrounds are featured in GREETINGS FROM IRAQ recounting their memories of the war and describing the difficulties they face as a result of the US-led embargo against their country. The film ends with a visit to a hospital that cares for severely malnourished infants, many of whom are dying as a result of the embargo.
